The PS3 is over hyped and overpriced.
The PS3 is hardly anything standout in a simple industry. Am I bashing the PS3 for what it is? No... Am I bashing it for what it isn't? YES
Sony built the PS3 up to be an absolute powerhouse console that would destroy the competition through processor cycles alone.
It has become evident that the PS3 is no better than the Xbox360.
A console on par with the Xbox360 does not have anything to be sorry about, it just needs to understand that is exactly that... on the same level.
Therefore reduce it's price to the same level so that it can be accessible to the fans that made the brand in the first place.

ps3 is crap, its nothing special anymore, you only play it coz its name remains "cool" from back in the day when losers would sit and play grand trizmo all day and night. cooool man.
go ahead and try use the game range excuse, xbox has them all.

Playstation 1 changed my life... but this new black beast is just a a series of buzz words in a sleak black box.

Yes, there's absolutely no doubt that the original playstation was a milestone in console history. But what does ps3 offer us?

The original playstation was a benchmark, but in the current market it remains a "standard console" while other brands have extended out with their own unique aspects (wii controller - xbox being a computer/so customizable/dynamic).
And isn't playstation still only offering 2 player ports per system?
